1 Day: Arrival in Cremona at 09.30 and accomodation. At 10.30 meeting with the guide for the city tour. At 12.00 guided tour of the Violin Museum with hearing of an instrument of the historical collection. At 13.30 tasting of local products at Enoteca Cremona. In the afternoon guided visit to the Art Gallery and the Rooms of Music with the collection of guitars,lutes and mandolins. Later a master violinmaker will welcome us in his workshop to explain how a piece of wood you get to the construction of the instrument. Dinner in a restaurant partner of "Strada del Gusto Cremonese" with typical menu. Overnight.

2 Day: Breakfast at the hotel. At 08.30 departure to Persico Dosimo and visit to the dairy PLAC where they produce the grana padano PDO and the provolone, another cheese PDO of Cremona. At the end, at 10.00 transfer to Vescovato to see the nougat factory Sisters Rivoltini where the typical nougat is still produced in the traditional method. You can watch the processing steps that lead to the finished product in its various types and classic shapes: soft, chocolate, cakes, violins nougat along with experiments that differentiate the production. Attached to the factory there is the shop where you can proceed to purchases. At 12:30 lunch at a restaurant partner of "Strada del Gusto Cremonese". In the afternoon the factory of mustard La Cicogna by Brothers Luccini: production of mustards and jams with the traditional method. The strong taste of mustard and the sweet fruit are combined with art, in the ancient recipe of Cremona mustard is sealed the secret of a unique flavor. At 16.00 departure to Torre de' Picenardi, visit the Azienda Agricola Fortuna where pigs are bred for the production of all varieties of sausages. In the farm there is a shop where you can buy the products. At the end come back to Cremona
